Shipping policy
At Floatsy, we work to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Below, we explain how our shipping works.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the relevant shipping information.
Delivery times
Once your order has shipped, the usual delivery time is 6–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as the carrier, the destination country or region, customs processes, or periods of high demand.
Floatsy cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping and responsibility
Floatsy is responsible for the order until the moment it is delivered to the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control, although we'll do everything we can to help you in the event of an issue.
If a package is lost or not delivered, the customer should contact us so we can review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as reshipping the product or issuing a refund.
Shipping address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Floatsy may offer to reship it, with the customer responsible for the new shipping costs.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly shown during checkout before you confirm your order.
In the case of special promotions, such as free shipping, these will be expressly indicated in the store.
Customs and taxes
For international shipments, the order may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees according to the regulations of the destination country. These costs are the customer's responsibility.
If the customer refuses the package or fails to complete the necessary customs procedures, any resulting costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
