Return and refund policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase.

How to request a return

To start a return, contact us at support@floatsy.store. Returns sent without prior authorization won't be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we'll send you instructions and the return address. In some cases, we may offer alternative solutions, such as replacements or partial refunds, without requiring you to send the product back.

Return costs

Except in cases of defective products or errors on our part, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can't be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Defective products or issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the case and find a solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases: custom or made-to-order products; items that, for hygiene or health-protection reasons, have been unsealed after delivery; gift cards; and other products excluded from return under applicable law.

Sale or discounted items can only be returned where permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

Right of withdrawal (European Union)

Under current European Union regulations, if you reside in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within that period. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging.

In the event of withdrawal, we'll refund the price of the product and the cost of the initial standard shipping, unless you chose a more expensive shipping method. Return costs are the customer's responsibility, unless stated otherwise.

International orders

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable. If a package is refused, any resulting costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
